Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International delivery is not available at this time.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier issues beyond our control.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

All tags and packaging must still be attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.
Items that are worn, damaged, or returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges: if you wish to change the size or style, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
